The flowers are here!  Earlier this month the City of Walla Walla installed the hanging flower baskets on several streetlight poles on Main Street and several side streets.  This program is funded by the Downtown Foundation at a cost of $8,000.  This covers the creation, installation and daily maintenance of the flower baskets—May through September. ...
