The Moms’ Network and Adventist Health present parenting workshops to educate families on healthy choices.

The class begins at 10 am at the YMCA in the upstairs boardroom.  The event is free and has free child care.  Certified diabetes educator Margaret Caicedo, ARNP, leads a discussion on ways to prevent and protect your family form type 2 diabetes.
