Rockin’ the Lowboy – the Outdoor Rock n Blues Festival - is this Saturday, June 23 from noon – midnight!  Spend the day at 1106 Sapolil Road for a day of music benefiting the Wee Willy Music Enterprise, a non-profit dedicated to the development of music education of youth.  Bands include: Nick Spencer, The Lentil Brothers, Boe Stevenson, Back Porch Band, Kory Nagler, The Wasteland Kings, Nick Vigarino’s Meantown Blues, The Slooches, The B Side, and The Coyote Kings.  Camping is encouraged! No Charge for Camping.  Tickets: $20.

 

 

 

Power House Theatre presents this laugh-a-minute one-man comedy with Jeff Wayne.  Set in “Big Daddy’s” backyard in preparation for grilling up a summer meal, Wayne’s memorable character expounds for his guests on why “it’s okay to be married” and other topics that are on his mind. With good-natured humor and an uncommon dose of common sense, Big Daddy’s Barbeque offers a wonderful blend of stand-up comedy and theater.  Tickets are available online or at the Visitor Center on Main St.
